(TCPQ), we make sure our patients play an active role in their recovery so they can remain pain-free once treatment ends. Allevia Integrative Health incorporates a cross-referral system with emphasis on collaborative care following a thorough assessment and screening process that involves other specialists including Oral Maxilllo-facial Surgeons/Prosthodontists and other specialists.  Our mission is to ensure high-quality patient-centered care, with a thoughtful understanding for the individual journey, whole body, mind and need for patient-centered care. Its important to create a mindful and empathetic triage process at times when referral on may be needed and ensure the right combination of health professionals can come on board to support your journey.
